Lyreline Beta Tester Program¶
Thank you for testing Lyreline. Lyreline is intended to help people capture real workflows and turn them into reusable procedures without rebuilding every screenshot and instruction by hand.
Please test both whether the features work and whether the product makes sense without developer assistance. Confusion, hesitation, and hard-to-find controls are important findings even when the feature eventually works.
Begin with the standard test before experimenting with a workflow of your own. Use fictional or non-confidential material throughout testing.
Choose your test¶
- Start Here — Standard Test — a guided 20–30 minute Capture → Organize → Procedure → Review → Publish test.
- Test Your Own Workflow — document one process you already understand, with less guidance.
- Advanced Testing — optional editing, recovery, history, and data-safety tests.
- Safari Testing — manual Safari capture plus the separate, limited local-workflow observation test.
- Report Feedback — ratings, issue severity, and a copyable feedback template.
- Your First Lyreline Procedure — a beginner walkthrough you can revisit after testing.
- Existing User Guide — complete Lyreline concepts and workflows.
- Support — troubleshooting and the official contact.
What good testing looks like¶
Try to work naturally. Do not study every Help page before beginning—the test also measures whether Lyreline provides enough guidance at the right time. Write down where you hesitated, what you expected, and what finally helped.
If a test would expose private business information, substitute harmless sample content or skip that part. Never send confidential screenshots, passwords, authentication information, or private archives with feedback.
